Responsibilities:

  • Maintain company network and ensure the highest level of available service.
  • Configure and enhance company network to match increased traffic including VOIP.
  • Maintain company systems to ensure reliable day to day network access.
  •  Provide Helpdesk functions including new hire configuration, system upgrades, maintaining
  • Cloud applications (Salesforce, Skype, XLite, Gmail).
  •  Respond to inquiries on technical issues to ensure all staff have access to required systems          and applications.
  • Maintain security systems to ensure appropriate access by appropriate team members.
  •  Support and maintain company and client websites with regard to hosting, security and               ensuring maximum up time.
  •  Develop technology based systems and solutions as required.

 

Requirements:

  •  Degree or Diploma in Computer Technology with a network focus.
  •  3 to 5 years Helpdesk or relevant network support role.
  • Previous experience with pfsense or other PC based routing systems.
  •  Experience supporting Salesforce, Inside Sales, Gmail and web hosting are an asset.

  • Experienced in Sales & Prospecting

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for client’s communication, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
  • Responsible for managing a book of revenue of client’s marketing dollars
  • Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure high quality standards and client expectations are met
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Operations Manager of any problems that may arise
  • Provide support to clients via phone, email or in person on regular basis
  • Coordinate with Operations Manager to approves change orders and invoices
  • Responsible for payment collections & sales
  • Responsible to cross sell and up-sell wherever possible to increase revenue managed
  • Works closely with the other Account Managers to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
  • Build strong relationship with clients
  • Communicate client’s goals and represent client’s interests to the team
  • Accurately documenting all communications in the CRM system
  • Collaboratively work with Operation Manager in assigning task to technical teams locally and offshore
  • Weekly follow ups with the technical teams locally and offshore
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager in providing regular updates on all account activities, including status and call reports on a weekly basis

 

Skills Required:

 

  • Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Minimum one year of Account/project management experience
  • Knowledge of CRM, a must
  • Sales experience, a must
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Result driven
  • Interpersonal / Rapport skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Psychological persuasion
  • Computer skills
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
